An undergraduate degree encompassing Business, Computing or ICT will provide a great foundation into a range of themes within the Business and IT industry. Undergraduate courses are likely to cover modules including concepts, principles and theories of complex network technologies, leadership and management.

Students considering applying for an undergraduate degree in Business, Computing or ICT would be advised to select one or more courses from the following:

Graduates from Business, Computing or ICT can expect to have a whole range of career pathways open to them including: leadership and management, networking, software design and development, analysts, website design and development, graduate roles in accountancy or business, law or IT consultant.

Universities also look for a range of elements within an application for Business, ICT or Computing such as:

  • A GCSE profile including grade 4's and above in Maths and English (some Universities will also ask for a grade 6/B in Maths)
  • A Level predictions ranging from AAA – CCC, dependent on the University
  • Strong academic reference
  • Work experience with reflective learning
  • Extra-curricular activities that have developed suitable skills and qualities.
